Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, clear, and engaging. My classes are challenging and electric, so you can expect an uplifting, energetic, and sweat-inducing class that leaves you with a feeling of achievement. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday: Chest, Back, and Abs. My playlist genre of choice is EDM, House, and club remixes!
On a personal note, I can’t live without my Goldendoodles. My guilty pleasure is a FILTHY dirty vodka martini and fries. My friends would say I’m loud, ambitious, a girls’ girl, and always down for a good time!
