Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, clear, and engaging. My classes are challenging and electric so you can expect an uplifting, energetic, and sweat induced class leaving you with a feeling of achievement. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, and ABS. My playlist genre of choice is EDM, house, and remixes!
On a personal note, I can’t live without Kiwi Guava Celsius. My guilty pleasure is a dirty vodka martini and fries. My friends would say I’m moxie, generous, ambitious, a girls girl, and always down for a good time!
