Bailey Hallis

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, authentic, and your personal hype gal. My classes are energetic and thoughtful, so you can expect to get pushed to your limits, hopefully with a smile on your face, and have you leaving feeling like the best version of yourself knowing you gave it everything you had. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is a house music & EDM – I love anything with a strong beat and a few good beat drops.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee. My guilty pleasure is an 8pm bed time, and my friends would say I’m hard working, authentic, and funny.
