Energy is key.  And that is what you will get in my class. With my athletic background in football and distance running, I can program solid and achievable Red Room programs but still be challenging simultaneously (so expect a sweat fest!).

When I’m not in the red room or the gym, I am a proud cat dad with a guilty pleasure for Fish & Chips. My friends tell me I tend to talk a lot, which is true!
