Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be supportive, silly, and empowering. My classes are challenging and up lifting. So you can expect Clear instruction throughout an entertaining session where you’ll be pushed and encouraged. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is Hip-Hop/ EDM
On a personal note, I can’t live without Black Cawfee and my guilty pleasure is triple cheeseburgers. My friends would say I act like I’m a caring freak with an abundance of positive energy who won’t shut up.
