Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, encouraging and exhilarating. My classes are fun and uplifting so you can expect all the energy and positivity. You’ll hear it with my best beats, see it with my best dance moves, and experience it with all the sweat and laughs. My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is Latin, House and Top Hits.
On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is mexican food. My friends would say I’m extra, spicy and hilarious.
