About
Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be radiant, energetic, and bold. My classes are fierece and fun, so you can expect to push your limits, and smile the whole time. My favorite day of the week is Thursday, ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is vibe.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my movement and my guilty pleasure is shopping, 2000s pop throwbacks and coffee. My friends would say I am joyful, caring, funny, driven, magnetic & free-spirited.
