Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, supportive, and fun. My classes are high-intensity and rewarding. So you can expect a motivating, hype class built to bring out your best self! My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice I live for a crazy beat drop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my two dogs, Winnie & Fin, I love my girls! My guilty pleasure is binge-watching reality TV. My friends would say I’m passionate, hard-working, supportive and caring.
