Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, uplifting, and challenging. My classes are fun and spicy so you can expect to feel both challenged and like you just left the club! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM Alllll Day.

On a personal note, I can’t live without live music and my guilty pleasure is LMFAO “Party Rock”…I still love it. My friends would say I’m the starter of every dance party!
