Alyson Hopkins

Three words to describe my teaching style would be inclusive, passionate, and humorous. My classes are empowering and energizing. You can expect my workouts to be challenging while simultaneously wanting to dance! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is throwbacks and remixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Dunkin, and my guilty pleasure is The Price is Right. My friends would say I am fun, loving, selfless, and always cracking jokes.
