Three words to describe my teaching style is uplifting, playful, and dynamic. My classes are challenging but fun so you can expect an intense and well-programmed workout guaranteed to build your strength AND confidence. My favorite day of the week is Arms & Abs and my playlist genre of choice are Pop, Bass, Trap & Techno.
On a personal note, I can’t live without is music and my guilty pleasure is Salt & Straw. My friends would describe me as funny, outspoken, and a little bit crazy but always genuine.
