Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be theatrical, high-energy, and joyful. My classes are euphoric, and cathartic so you can expect a rollercoaster between feeling invincible and mortal, with songs you haven’t heard in a hot minute – the kind you want to sing along to but you’re too out breath. My favorite day of the week is Friday, FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Y2K bubblegum pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my emotional support pink hydroflask, my guilty pleasure is a nightly pint of Mashti Malone’s Herbal Snow ice cream, and my friends would describe me as five-foot firecracker who answers your FaceTime at any hour (but also FaceTimes you at every hour).
