Three words to describe my teaching style would be intentional, high energy, and challenging. My classes are built to push you, but we’re going to have fun doing it! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday Chest, Back, and Abs. Expect EDM and pop on the playlist, so get ready to party! On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog Ollie, my guilty pleasure is ice cream (no hesitation), and my friends would say I’m loyal, spontaneous, and always up for an adventure.
