Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, motivating, FUN. My classes are energetic and clubby, so you can expect a good burn with even better music that is such a vibe, your 50 minutes will fly by. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is dance pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my Celcius and my guilty pleasure is a second celcius. My friends would describe me as lovingly unpredictable while making too many dad jokes.
