Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be stimulating, captivating, and electrifying. My classes are challenging and motivating so you can expect a club meets just got their ass handed to them. My favorite day of the week is Thursday – ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is throwbacks, hip hop, and edm.
On a personal note, I can’t live without traveling and my guilty pleasure is buying water bottles and boxing gloves. My friends would say I’m positive, caring, and lights up any room.
