Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be encouraging, energetic, and inclusive. My classes are challenging and rewarding, so you can expect effective programming, music that will have them dancing through the workout, and to leave a little stronger than they came! My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without the matching sweatsuits and my guilty pleasure is a self-serve froyo shop. My friends would describe me as uplifting, compassionate, and known to break out into dance at unexpected times.
