Get to know me
I started teaching fitness and nutrition at UC Santa Barbara in 2007 while I earned my B.A. in Communications with a double minor in Exercise & Health Science and Fitness Instruction. I promote an active lifestyle, which includes eating whole and healthy foods. My endless energy, personal connection with clients, and genuine inspiration will motivate you to reach your best self every time you take my class.
