Three words to describe my teaching style would be spicy, motivating, and hardcore. My classes are FUN and inspiring so you can expect to be pushed to your limits while finding your inner badass. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Dirty Techno.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Sushi and my guilty pleasure is anything chocolate. My friends would say I’m a loud lady who will be your biggest fan!!!!
