Three words to describe my teaching style would be supportive, motivating and fun. My classes are high-energy and adaptable so you can expect to challenge yourself while listening to your body. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without cheese and my guilty pleasure is rewatching new girl for the 7th time. My friends would say I’m friendly and ready to know your whole life story within 5 minutes of meeting you.
