Get to know me

Three words to describe my teaching style would be relatable, encouraging and empowering. My classes are fun & effective babe so you can expect I’m going to make you laugh, cry and work really hard. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS.

On a personal note, I can’t live without a nap and my guilty pleasure is buying oversized hoodies. My friends would say I’m fun, flirty & feisty!
