Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be competitive, humorous, and intentional. My classes are hype and purposeful so you can expect to feel accomplished, confident and light hearted. In my class we confront the challenge to make change. My favorite day of the week is Sunday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is Rap/ House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without EEYORE and my guilty pleasure is 80s Rock. My friends would say I’mGangly and funny with an intensity that screams “we don’t do things half way”
