Lift heavy. Skip the treadmill
LIFT is a strength-based workout designed to increase muscle, visible definition, and strength. Unlike double floor, a LIFT class will guide you through unique time-based sets, reps, and recoveries. You'll achieve new levels of fatigue and feel a burn unlike anything else.

Push hard. Stay low-impact.
Clip in for coached bike intervals—fast, joint-friendly, and easy to scale. Your coach will call out options so you can ride at your pace and still get the full Barry’s burn.
