I used to be a lawyer in London and NYC and had to kick myself out of bed in the mornings to get down to Barry’s for an early morning workout.
I loved the workout so much, it was just a matter of time before I traded in my power suits for a powerful new life as an instructor.
In my classes I’ll give you everything I have, every time, no excuses. And that’s all I ask from you – no excuses! Show up! Especially when I’m making you do those hill runs!
