Allie Gibbons

Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, intense and educational. My classes are powerful, functional and challenging so you can expect to be pushed outside your comfort zone and leave feeling accomplished and more confident in your abilities. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is where Old School Pop meets Electronic + Hip Hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without hoodies and my guilty pleasure is cookout Ice Cream. My friends would say I’m always intense with a side of goofy and sarcasm sprinkled on top.
