Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, encouraging, and relentless. My classes are energizing and intentional, so you can expect no ego, all effort – bring your A-game. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday – FULL BODY – LOWER BODY and my playlist genre of choice is Dance/Electronic.
On a personal note I can’t live without a good book, and my guilty pleasure is I’m a little too into Madrid, Spain. My friends would say I am a mermaid goblin made out of cherry dewdrops and venom.
