Three words to describe my teaching style would be Sass-atron, encouraging, playful. My classes are intentional and humbling so you can expect Prepare to laugh and pulse at the same time. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS. My playlist genre of choice is house!
On a personal note, I can’t live without my camera. My guilty pleasure is a cheeseburger happy meal. My friends would say I’m insane, funny and determined.
