Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be upbeat, positive and motivational. My classes are high energy, so you can expect to walk into a fun, lively space where you get to focus on yourself. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is club mixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is my nightly sweet treat. My friends would describe me as energetic, always on the go, but will always be calling someone while driving to my next place.
