Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, high energy, and innovative. My classes are power-packed & energizing so you can expect a welcoming space with explosive energy, and a vibe that keeps you coming back stronger. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM meets hip hop with a pop twist.
On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee, my guilty pleasure is a sweet treat, and my friends would say I’m always showing up — with fire, fun & heart.
