Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, charismatic, and very lively. My classes are poppin’ and personable so you can expect me to know your name, to have a good time, and to leave feeling inspired. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Slaps (aka 2000’s Hip-Hop/R&B).
On a personal note, I can’t live without my caffeine and my guilty pleasure is spray tans and chocolate chip cookies. My friends would say that I’m a charming energizer bunny :).
