Three words to describe my teaching style would be fierce, fun and entertaining. My classes are sexy and sweaty so you can expect a thoughtfully programmed to get you results and have a blast! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip hop!

On a personal note, I can’t live without iced coffee and my guilty pleasure is love and Hip Hop. My friends would say I’m a professional foodie, off duty DJ and overall life enthusiast!
