Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, challenging, sassy. My classes are motivating and festive so you can expect to be motivated to push and challenge yourself while wanting to dance with your friends in the Red Room! My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop / throwbacks.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, Dolly and my guilty pleasure is shopping! My friends would say I’m caring, funny, stylish, loves to build community and connect people and always ready to travel
