I’m from the DMV, Bethesda to be exact. My friends would describe me as fun-loving, fearless, fiercely loyal and a little extra. My teaching style is inspiring and authentic, and my classes are challenging and addictive. Expect big energy, hard work, great music and zero excuses.
My playlists are hip-hop, with powerful beats and attitude. You’ll find me most fired up on Thursday Abs & Ass. The one thing I can’t live without is Diet Coke, and my guilty pleasure is a good Netflix binge.
