Three words to describe my teaching style would be uplifting, fun & purposeful. My classes are challenging & energetic so you can expect to be pushed to your limit with supportive, personalized attention and fire playlists. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop Remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dogs and my guilty pleasure is reality tv. My friends would say I’m supportive, authentic, & sometimes a little fiery.
