Puerto Rico born and Miami raised, I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost a decade. I love helping people reach new heights in their fitness journey! I pursued my Doctorate in Physical therapy in 2018, along with my CSCS Certification. I have used this breath of knowledge to design workouts that are extremely effective and most importantly safe.
