Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be informative, motivating, and empathetic. My classes are lively and challenging so you can expect to have a good time, but also to push your limits. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is literally any Throwback/Pop Remixes with a good beat drop!
On a personal note, I can’t live without cryotherapy and my guilty pleasure is the Trader Joe’s chip aisle. My friends would say I’m silly and fierce, but also disciplined.
