Kevin Triguero

Three words to describe my teaching style would be high energy, motivational, and precise.  My classes are form-focused with electric energy so you can expect to be motivated and guided to reach the next level in your training physically and mentally.  My playlist genre of choice is house & hip-hop remixes that make you feel like a badass. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without my family and my guilty pleasure is Friday Bruger.  My friends would describe me as a typical Gemini…having fun doing the exact opposite of what everyone tells me to do.
