Three words to describe my teaching st yle would be motivating, challenging and positive. My classes areCHALLENGING, yet ENCOURAGING so you can expect. to feel like you personally came out of my class better emotionally, physically, and mentally. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is DANCE/ELECTRONIC/BPM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my mini golden doodle, Winston! and my guilty pleasure is WINE. My friends would say I’m a very approachable, genuine , outgoing person, who lives with intention always.
