Three words to describe my teaching style would be positive, challenging and sultry. My classes are uplifting and fun so you can expect a challenge that focuses on controlled movements and a lean tone. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is anything pop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without teeny bikinis – they’re art and my guilty pleasure unique clothing brands that make quality pieces. My friends would say I’m passionate, driven person, with massive dreams and a love of fashion and football
