Three words to describe my teaching style would beExciting, motivating, and energetic. My classes are challenging, but attainable so you can expect a high-energy, sweat inducing party where you leave your very best. My favorite day of the week is Sunday – FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop Remixes.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is key lime pie and cookies. My friends would say I’m equal parts sassy, loyal, fun and sometimes the center of attention.
