Three words to describe my teaching style would be high energy, motivating and effective. My classes are energetic and fun so you can expect to push yourself the hardest you ever have! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is remixes and contemporary dance music.

On a personal note, I can’t live without snacks and my guilty pleasure is Reality TV. My friends would say I’m hilarious, supportive and the glue that keeps everyone together!
