Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, motivating and fun. My classes are fun & intense so you can expect to be pulled more out of your comfort zone! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is Hip-Hop. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without seafood and my guilty pleasure is Chocolate Chip Cookies 🤤. My friends would say I’m loyal, funny, & honest.
