Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, sassy and fun. My classes are challenging and effective so you can expect to be challenged, energized, and pushed to your limits all while jamming out to a bomb playlist to keep the momentum going all the way through in my class! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop remixes, EDM, Hits.

On a personal note, I can’t live without COOKIES and my guilty pleasure is shopping for shoes. My friends would say I’m fun loving, kind, and caring.
