Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be creative, strong, and dynamic. My classes are challenging and energetic so you can expect it to be super sweaty and fun! I love focusing on form and technique because it is forever important. I keep it interesting by designing unique routines to push you to new limits, but to also try something new! You can always expect some oldies, disco, or Motown in my playlist! My favorite day of the week is Saturday – FULL BODY – UPPER BODY FOCUS, and my playlist genre of choice is Disco.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, Fred and my guilty pleasure is chocolate and traveling. My friends would say I’m someone who never misses anything, loves to dance (especially to disco), wild child, and an extremely loyal friend (Scorpio in me).
