Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be technical, engaging and funny. My classes are energizing and uplifting so you can expect science-backed programs, killer playlists, dad jokes, and rejuvenation. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip hop/hip-house/house/throwbacks.
On a personal note, I can’t live without soccer (the real football) and my guilty pleasure is Karaoke. My friends would say I’m funny, confident, charismatic, outgoing and passionate.
