Three words to describe my teaching style would be music, form, and Fun. My classes are major energy, so you can expect a carefully guided movement mixed with a fire playlist. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday FULL BODY – LOWER BODY FOCUS and my playlist genre of choice is House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without hoochie daddy shorts and my guilty pleasure is chocolate chip cookies. My friends would describe me as never serious but always loving.
