Three words to describe my teaching style would be entertaining, supportive and creative. My classes are challenging and music-driven. I’m your ultimate hype girl & want you to step into my room & lose yourself in the sweat, music, moment & NSFW kinda vibes. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without the sun and my guilty pleasure is donuts. My friends would say I’m small girl, big vibe.
