Connell O’Brien

Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, energetic and inspirational.  My classes are challenging, fulfilling and moving so you can expect a fun space to explore your strengths while having a blast. My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop Remix.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Sweetgreen and my guilty pleasure is The Kardashians. My friends would say I’m (you’d have to ask them) but would assume they’d say I am very passionate and charismatic, probably listens to too much Lana Del Rey lol.
