Get to know me
I was born in Utah, but I spent a majority of my life growing up in the Wheat State: Kansas. I studied Psychology at the University of Kansas and knew I wanted to help people better themselves. After figuring out a normal desk job wasn’t for me, I realized I could help people live happier lives through fitness. But that meant exchanging the Breadbasket of America for a big city.
I took my first Barry’s class in 2016 and immediately fell in love. So when I moved to Chicago in 2017, I knew I needed to join the Fit Fam and began working part time at the front desk. Soon, I decided to join the team full time as the Studio Manager of the River North location. After mastering behind the scenes of Barry’s, I got the opportunity to step under the Red lights as an instructor. Helping people achieve their goals and overcome obstacles has always been a passion of mine; I’m delighted to be able to do that in the Red Room.
My mom - she always taught me to live authentically and pursue what makes me happiest.
