Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, positive and fun. My classes are lively and athletic so you can expect you’ll leave sweaty, smiling & feeling accomplished. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY, and my playlist genre of choice is Club & Rap Remixes.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my passport and my guilty pleasure is sour patch kids. My friends would say I’m a ball of goofy energy.
