As an ATL native I’ve lived in the South all of my life – warm weather is for me. I broke into the fitness industry five years ago, and I honestly can’t think of anything else I’d rather do as a career. Being half Thai, half Scottish, traveling the world is super important to me–I’m away any chance I get! I’m a party boy with an addiction to fitness, video games, and anything with caffeine.
