Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be assertive, powerful, and intentional. My classes are grit and grace, so you can expect accountability, life-focused cueing and preparation for what comes next. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist genre of choice is R&B.
On a personal note, I can’t live without purses and my guilty pleasure is Cheeseburger with bacon and fried egg! My friends would say I am loquacious, adventurous and absolute.
